Greetings and Happy IU Day from your IU Jacobs School of Music!

IU Day is a 24-hour celebration of Indiana University and the friends, donors, and alumni like you who make it all possible. As a member of the Jacobs School family, we have pulled together a variety of ways for you to participate with us, in this global celebration. Please see below, and share with others how you are participating in IU Day with the IU Jacobs School of Music!

Sincerely,

Gwyn Richards

Share your IU Day and Jacobs School Pride

Whether you’re snapping and sharing a photo of yourself in your IU Jacobs gear, attending an event, or making a gift online, we want to hear about it! Make sure to post on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the #IUday and #MyJacobs hashtags. Each use of the #IUday hashtag, social media like, or share, will earn additional scholarship dollars.

Make A Gift

Choose the Jacobs School activity or cause that’s closest to your heart and make a gift at give.iu.edu.

You can also support the Indiana University Marching Hundred Crowdfunding Challenge as they aim to raise $1500 in funds for the support of the band including acquisition of new instruments, instrumental repairs, travel funds, and much more. And if 100 people make a gift on the Marching Hundred crowdfunding page today, an additional $2000 in challenge funds will be unlocked!

Watch

Hours of binge-worthy IU programming will be available all day long on the IU Day website. And make sure you tune in tonight to IUMusicLive! to watch a live stream of the IU Jacobs School of Music Philharmonic Orchestra performance at 8PM EST, featuring Stefan Lano, guest conductor and Claire Solomon, cello soloist.

Wherever you are today, we hope you join the fun and be a part of the IU Day extravaganza!
