Job Placement
Credential File Service. For graduates and near-graduates seeking a teaching or professional position in higher education, we recommend using a credential file service. The JSoM Office of Entrepreneurship and Career Development (OECD) offers such a service as part of the Career Portal. The service is free and can be used even after you graduate.
The JSoM OECD provides one-on-one career advising, multiple online tools (including the Career Portal and credentials management services), an alumni mentorship program, workshops and career days, mentorship to student organizations, project & ensemble development, and digital publications. The OECD is in Merrill Hall, MU011 (jsomoecd@indiana.edu).
Project Jumpstart, a student-led initiative of the OECD, catalyzes innovative and entrepreneurial activity within the JSoM through workshops, mini-conferences, networking, mentoring, and more.
