Jacobs Facility Rental Information

If you are interested in renting a JSoM space, please choose one member of your organization who may act as a liaison and complete the External Organization Facility Rental Form at least eight weeks prior to the requested rental date.

General Booking Guidelines

• Requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the requested rental date.
• The following events are prohibited:
  • Auditions for external organizations
• Events may not occur:
  • During the month of April
  • During Finals Week of any semester
  • Public Events may not occur during the week of Thanksgiving and Spring Break
