Use the “Other” option to capture any other activities you wish to record (e.g., supervision of public lectures).

Choose involvement type (e.g., dissertation, doctoral qualifying exams, independent study, etc.). Use “Teaching” for area. Then enter, as appropriate:

• Role (e.g., chair, advisor, etc.)
• Student name
• Title of student work
• Stage of completion
• Start/End date

• Certification type
• Continuing education
• Executive education
• Guest lecture
• Masterclass
• Residency
• Supervision of teaching
• Workshop/Tutorial

For each item you choose to add:

• Instruction Type (e.g., guest lecture, masterclass, residency, etc.)
• Audience
• Sponsoring Organization
• Number of Participants
• Academic/Professional Status
• Start/End Date

You will not need to add any courses beyond those automatically generated in the report.

While you cannot delete a course, you may elect to not include it in reports. To do so, click on the particular course and select the “Exclude from Reports” checkbox and save the change.

For each course, you have the option to add information regarding delivery mode and/format, upload a syllabus, and add a description of the course.
