Music IT Services (MITS) supports the day-to-day technical operations for faculty, students, and administration of the Jacobs School of Music. This includes network infrastructure, desktop support and help desk, website development, and maintenance, faculty curricular development, classroom technology, and public lab support.
The MITS help desk is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. To contact the help desk please call 812-855-7832, or e-mail musicits [at] indiana [dot] edu. Please send the request from your IU e-mail, if possible, and include a brief description of the problem in the subject line (ie; Printer Issue). Please provide the 6-digit IU tag number located on the hardware. Requests made after hours, or on weekends will typically be responded to by the next business day.

The help desk experiences a higher volume of calls at the beginning and end of each semester. You may experience some delay in response to your inquiry, or issue during these times.
