Schedule of Classes: Information for Department Chairs, Faculty, & Staff
The creation of the Jacobs Schedule of Classes for each semester is done through two schedule build phases: Preliminary Build and Final Build. These schedule build phases are when Department Chairs work with the Scheduling Office to adjust each semester's course offerings in preparation for student enrollment.
Please note: the Scheduling Office works with Department Chairs on all Schedule of Classes needs. All other faculty should bring any concerns or changes to their Department Chair, and the Department Chair should reach out to the Scheduling Office to request changes, ask questions, etc.
