For recitals in locations other than JSoM performance halls (anywhere other than Auer Hall, Ford-Crawford Hall, or Recital Hall), students are responsible for verifying the date/time/location availability and confirming with the location.
For scheduling in any JSoM classroom/rehearsal room or Willkie Auditorium, email the Scheduling Office at musched@indiana.edu For locations outside of JSoM, work with the venue to reserve the space, and then follow the instructions below.

For DM/AD recitals occurring in a non-JSoM location, the student recitalist is responsible for recording the recital and delivering the recording to the Music Library.
