- Morganne Aaberg recommended two student representatives from each committee.
- Caroline Goodwin presented the issue of membership of dual function. Perhaps we pick our reps first and then other committees select from our list first.
- Jono Palmer believes it is vital for all faculty committee representatives to sit on or be present at SRC meetings.
- Emily Barbosa highlighted the advantage to limiting the number of voting positions.
- Discussion continued that all student representatives should attend SRC, but only those who represent their departments will have voting rights. (Paulina and Paula to discuss this with Dean May)
- Short term solution (non-voting unless they represent their department) and long term solution (for committees to choose from SRC)

- Jeff Ozarczuk requested Robert's Rules for Voting and that minutes would reflect abstentions
- Jeff Ozarczuk request for standardized protocol from JSOM for when students test positive for COVID-19.
- Caroline Goodwin will be representing JSOM at the school government - will share updates from student government at future SRC meetings.
