Interruption of Study

While not required, it is helpful to inform the Music Graduate Office if you plan to take some time off from registration in your degree or diploma program, or if you decide not to finish your degree or diploma program at IU.  An Interruption of Study is simply taking time off from enrollment for any reason.  It is different from an official Leave of Absence.  There is no formal approval needed for an Interruption of Study.
