Places to Live
Many of our students live in town houses, apartments, and Condos in these developments. Hopefully these areas will give you a starting place when searching for housing. Average apartment prices run from $500-$900/month, depending on your living preferences (single apartment vs. sharing with others, etc.). Parking on campus can be expensive, so many of our students take public transportation to school, which is safe, reliable, and free to IU students, it just does not run into the late evening.
