- All orientation activities will be online. Access to the orientation web site and informational videos will start on Monday, May 5.
- Master's and doctoral students will have graduate entrance exams on May 12 through 14, with individual online advising appointments on May 15 or 16.
- Diploma and visiting students begin orientation with individual online orientation appointments on May 15 or 16.

Fall 2025 Orientation Schedule [pdf]
- All orientation activities will be online except for the aural theory graduate entrance exam on August 30 (for master's and doctoral students). Access to the orientation web site and informational videos will start on Monday, June 16.
- Master's and doctoral students will have online graduate entrance exams on June 23, June 24, and August 18/19, and one in-person graduate entrance exam on August 30. Individual online advising appointments will be between July 7 and July 25.
- Diploma and visiting students begin orientation with individual online orientation appointments between July 7 and July 25.
